Excellent job of strategic planning over two days for our organisation. It enabled us to make strategic plans that, one year later, still seem viable. His style was easy and thoughtful, and worked.
David List – President of Australian Association of Collaborative Professionals
Wallace has been invaluable for my business with his thought provoking insights into better understanding what our unique offer is, where our best sources of new customers lie and then how to structure our communication and business development strategy to get results. He is really attuned to this rapidly changing world our consumers inhabit. Strongly endorse his skills and experience.
Shaun Porter – Business Advisor & Accountant
Collaborative Professionals (NSW) Inc is the professional association of interdisciplinary professionals trained in the dispute resolution process ‘collaborative practice’. Wallace Long of C2M has worked with CPNSW for several years to develop and lift the profile of the organisation. His expertise has been invaluable. Wallace has redeveloped the website and streamlined the processes for maintaining the register of members and reaching out to members including through newsletters and regular emails. The costs and stages of the project were set our clearly at the outset. CPNSW greatly appreciated Wallace’s expertise and patience and he continues to provide ongoing services to the organisation.
Rosemary Norgate – Accredited Specialist Family Lawyer, CPNSW Board Member
Wallace facilitated a Strategic Planning Session for the leadership group of the Baseball Umpires Association of SA. He started by encouraging us to share what we were hoping to achieve within our organisation and helped us to refine this into a clear and simple statement that perfectly summed up one of our key objectives. Once we had articulated this clear objective he then helped us formulate the basis of a plan to help us achieve that objective. Wallace’s professionalism and experience was obvious as he kept us on the key task at hand and provided us with the framework for a plan that we continue to build on to this day.
Blake Halligan – Senior Financial Planner, Rowe Partners and Chair, Baseball SA Umpires Association
C2M worked closely with the Steering Committee and speakers to develop and deliver an interesting agenda and professional meeting. I found them extremely professional and efficient with a strong attention to detail.
Professor William Sievert – Director, Gastroenterology and Hepatology Unit, Southern Health, VIC.
Wallace provided a live Skype lecture for one of my communication design courses at Central Michigan University this semester. The class includes students from a variety of disciplines around campus, and his thoughtful integration of design thinking, creative processes and client communication skills were applicable and invaluable to all of their areas of study. Wallace also did a great job connecting with his audience by sharing personal life experiences that facilitated some good questions during the follow-up time. The take-away for students (along with some obvious enthusiasm and inspiration) was a better understanding of the connections between research, content and visual applications, strategy, and design thinking as a problem-solving (and finding) process that can be used in universal applications — and I learned a few things along the way as well! Great job Wallace, and I’ll look forward to having you share at CMU again in the future.
Clark Most – Professor of Art and Design, CMU
The graphic logo proposed by C2M was an instant hit with the Executive Committee and (with some minor tweaks) it was deemed to be appropriate and was adopted. Sitting alongside the name, it is a striking but quite simple emblem.
Dr Kerwin Shannon – Director, Sydney Head and Neck Cancer Institute; Australian and New Zealand Head & Neck Cancer Society
I have worked with other consultants and I have found that you often don’t really get what you want. Wallace listens well to everything you have to say and is quite intuitive of your needs, even if you are unable to articulate them very well.
