Programs designed to meet a specific need are an effective way to attract new patients to your practice?

 

An inter-disciplinary practice of highly experienced Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Case Managers who provide rehabilitation and therapy services created a program that did just this.

The group wanted to promote its Body Brain Fitness Program, a program which helps delay memory loss and slow down dementia for the elderly and those with a disability.

The brief was to provide information and news to their existing clients and their families as well as promoting it to potential patients, their carers and referring health professionals.

Rather than being one of many services and programs that are part of the group’s offering the Body Brain Fitness Program was given a unique image with a new logo, website, e-newsletter, social media assets and a series of brochures. The information was easily accessible by referring partners, carers, and the two types of clients – the ageing population, and those with a disability.

The client’s business includes eight different rehabilitation practices, all with their own programs and services. It was important for this new service to ensure it had its own brand along with a clear positioning. The client acknowledged how efficient the process was to deliver a clear communication message and marketing program that was effective and economical.
