Collaborative Professionals (NSW) Inc (CPNSW) is the professional association of interdisciplinary professionals (lawyers, child experts, financial advisers and accountants) trained in the dispute resolution process collaborative practice.

Initially C2M was engaged to assist in modernising an existing logo, develop a member e-news and provide a solution to promoting and managing events. Once this was done our focus moved to developing a new responsive website.

As a group of professionals it was important for us to be efficient in our time when engaging with the group. We also were focused on minimising expenditure by incorporating commercially available platforms as a solution, rather than developing the platforms.

Our solution
With the modernised logo in place, MailChimp was selected as the platform for member e-news.

Survey Monkey was used to research members so we could identify what they would like to read in their e-news. New members complete a profiling survey also developed in Survey Monkey.

Eventbrite was selected as the online event platform to manage CPNSW events.

The new website was developed in WordPress and contains a search function whereby the public can locate a local practitioner, by name, job title, specialty and location.

A member-only LinkedIn group was also established.

With these solutions in place CPNSW are well positioned to engage with interdisciplinary professionals and, continue their promotion of collaborative practice to the wider community.

Wallace has worked with CPNSW for several years to develop and lift the profile of the organisation. His expertise has been invaluable. Wallace has redeveloped the website and streamlined the processes for maintaining the register of members and reaching out to members including through newsletters and regular emails. The costs and stages of the project were set our clearly at the outset. CPNSW greatly appreciated Wallace’s expertise and patience and he continues to provide ongoing services to the organisation.
