Established for over 10 years, the Australasian Hepatology Association (AHA) is the peak professional body supporting and educating hepatology nurses and allied health professionals across Australia and New Zealand.
As the AHA entered maturity in its second decade the AHA Board approached C2M with the brief to, firstly engage its membership base and secondly to advise on how the organisation could continue to grow in an environment that was seeing funding models change.
C2M developed a staged approach that commenced with communication strategy to engage members and past members. This included the use of email and social media channels. An e-commerce responsive website was developed.
The new website is central to the strategy and provides members, potential members and other stakeholders with the ability to find and download resources, view videos, and access training.
The members area provides access to further resources as well as a payment gateway for membership payments and renewals.
C2M then assisted the AHA to identify and source funding for their annual conference, research projects and training initiatives.
